e-Gro release: New ‘Reports’ Module and many more

Creating a report typically takes hours, multiple software tools and gathering data from various sources. The completely new Reports Module now captures, saves and shows all your key information and data in one comprehensive week overview, tied to a specific crop type. No more need for Excel or other tools; it’s now all-in-one! Short summary of this new improvement:

• The information in the Reports Module goes far beyond crop data and shows crop details, meteo weather data, internal climate, rootzone information, crop registration information, production information and added notes and pictures.
• You can also customize the reports by adding you own sections and growing parameters
• Next to this, you can compare multiple reports in one overview for further bench marking of performance of different crops or greenhouses
• The new module includes automatic calculations such as about crop growth, yield predictions and many more!

In the previous release we focused on a redesigned Dashboard, which included advice by Grodan regarding which direction crops are growing based on the applied irrigation strategy. Now we go one step further with an optimization of the Dashboard, allowing you see if you are on track with your growing strategy through the ability to set your own ranges. Short summary of this new improvement:

• You can set your own target ranges relevant for your personal situation for neutral, generative and vegetative in the crop steering indicators and irrigation, rootzone and climate in the insights graphs.
• Additionally, highlighted alerts in the Dashboard will help you to quickly determine whether you have the correct set strategy.

Continuing on the topic of customization, we have also worked on significantly more user-friendly customization options to the graphs in the Conditions Module. Short summary of this new improvement:

• You can configurate or tailor exactly how you want to see your graph information on user level. For example, as a greenhouse manager you might prefer to see different information versus other roles in the organization.
• Another new addition is the option to add more graphs into one overview and compare and benchmark climate and rootzone information tied to various crops.
• New added climate parameters

With this release we extended our API partner suite by adding meteo (external weather predictions) into the Yield Forecaster model. This is a significant improvement as the model is AI driven and the algorithm of the yield forecaster improves over time. By adding this new data into the algorithm, the Yield Forecaster becomes more responsive and adaptive to the future and weather changes. This additional is just one step towards adding more to the API partner suite that clients have been asking for.
